Types of Work

Sometimes you have a lot of freedom to experiment and you will be appreciated for whatever you can accomplish. In other tasks, there is little experimentation and you are expected to apply skills from formal education carefully.

When we enter the workforce, we often assume that we have a license to experiment and not worry about mistakes or wasted time. Conversely, some managers without experience in an area believe that all work is simple; all you need is basic training and a good attitude.
